S.M.I.L.E. Initiative 

The Solar Maintenance and Instillation Learning Experience (SMILE) Initiative is a trade-based apprenticeship with the goal of preparing every participant to earn their CA contractor license. With an emphasis on instillation and maintenance, this program pairs young adults with experienced electricians, to give these youth the necessary tools to pave their own path while emphasizing the need for clean, renewable energy.
