The Solar Kitchen Cooperative seeks to promote the autonomy of communities by growing co-operative enterprises in your very own kitchen. The Solar Kitchen seeks to help families establish their own independence by selling food grown in neighborhood vertical gardens and cooked in kitchens powered by solar batteries. With the three pillars of sustainability, accessibility, and community, the Solar Kitchen Initiative plans to save the world one bite at a time.
